With my baby, who just celebrated his first birthday, my husband and I went there. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the pool and environment were very clean.

And my son, who has a genetic skin condition, had no reaction at all, so I can confirm it's the perfect place to go with your baby.

Our son Valerio has been iva for 2 years and nothing to say, Mr. Tom is really great. Our son loves him and he is progressing really well. I highly recommend the place.

Our little one has been going there since he was 6 months old (he's 27 months now). We're really happy with his progress!

A great team, a beautiful setting... We wouldn't miss our appointment for the world!

Regarding the negative comments below, I'd like to respond from my perspective:

- No one to greet you... If Laurence is in the water, she's not going to get out every time a parent enters and "break" the special moment she has with the child in the water (the parents in the water have also paid for their session);

- 30 minutes to introduce them to the water... A baby of a few months old is exhausted after 20 to 30 minutes in the water. And it's an acclimatization period for them! Ours also did immersions, etc., and in 6 months, there was a lot of improvement;

- Punctuality... if each parent stays in the water for 5 minutes longer, those arriving at the end of the day will be an hour late! We schedule sessions according to each child's rhythm. A child who naps at 11:00 and comes to the 10:00 session will be perfectly in sync with their routine. If we go over the scheduled time, their session will be less beneficial since it will be outside their usual rhythm.

- Nothing learned in 6 sessions? But we're saying the child learned about immersion despite everything... it's a huge undertaking for a baby to learn all that! The world wasn't built in a day!

- No teaching method... I think we had different instructors! Our little one isn't always easy; sometimes he's lazy and doesn't want to participate... Laurence never forces him and always finds a way to get him working! She's incredibly good at explaining things, but we need to be objective...

- using text messages... what mom hasn't said, "Darn, I can't remember the appointment time?" With a text, everything is written down and it's so much easier to remember! Because sometimes we have memory lapses with everything we have to think about!

That's my feeling... This center's reputation speaks for itself, and if there's a waiting list, it's for a reason!

We love the team, their kindness, their caring...!

I hope all this will set the record straight...
You can't please everyone, but giving a 1-star review to badmouth an independent clinic isn't great!

I wish the team much success and many more years to come! 🥰🥰

In just a few sessions, our baby has completely opened up to discovering water. This is thanks to Laurence's kindness, who follows his rhythm by offering him great exercises at each session. A real moment of relaxation and fun for the family. We have seen enormous progress in just a few sessions and beyond that, seeing our baby's smile as soon as he sees that we are arriving at the pool says it all. Super clean pool and premises, well designed for toddlers, temperature suitable for babies, top-notch facilities, very varied water games, etc. Everything is perfect!

You arrive in a fairly pleasant setting. Unfortunately, there's no one to greet you. You must follow the instructions, which are 10 minutes to get ready and jump into the water, where you'll have 30 minutes flat to introduce your child to the water. Stay a little longer and you'll get a friendly comment saying you'll create a traffic jam... it's clear that when you're aiming for profitability over quality, by welcoming as many people as possible in a row, it's not an option to make your child's fun last a little longer.
The welcome in the water is very average, barely a hello since the parents file in one after the other and the hostess remains continuously in the water. Also, if you go with a baby (between 4 and 10 months old), don't expect to be really taken into consideration or to learn interesting things. In any case, that's our feeling (I won't give an opinion for an older child because I'm not involved). We learned nothing in six sessions, aside from a dip in the water. Then you're left to your own devices for almost 30 minutes... luckily, there's plenty to keep your children entertained with a variety of water games... but take your child to the local pool and bring some foam balls and a few water toys with you; it'll be exactly the same, and it'll be cheaper.
We didn't feel any kind of pedagogy... the only comments we received were very clumsy, even completely judgmental (e.g., "You can see he's a kid who won't want to work").
In short, after an expired gift card, we'll pass on the rest.

A real pleasure every time we go. The place is welcoming and safe. Lockers (with a key, no coins needed), showers, changing rooms, a playpen for babies, towels, swim caps, and even little treats available after swimming for the kids—everything is designed for a pleasant experience.
The children play with the different play structures and gently learn to be comfortable in the water. ❤️

Organisation clairement à revoir. Les nouveaux clients passent après ceux ayant un abonnement et les réservations prises ne sont pas définitives !
